Year 2019 represents a significant milestone for GROWTH as we celebrated our 30th Anniversary. It has been three decades since we poured our first metal product, and today we couldn’t be more proud to claim ourselves as the largest single foundry producing mill liners serving hundreds of mine sites in more than 40 countries across the globe.

Our commitment is to always deliver the highest quality and satisfaction to our valued customers by understanding global trends, embracing future innovations, and maintaining the highest standards in everything we do.

We are equally committed to growing the prosperity of our employees and nurturing our local communities through education, environmental stewardship, and active engagement.

We took proactive steps to conserve the environment by building a biomass power plant powered by organic and renewable sources—significantly reducing waste materials annually.

We contribute to boosting the local economy of Indonesia by encouraging and opening opportunities for small and medium local industries to supply goods and services.

We support local universities by providing free machines and engineering tools, partnering for recruitment of potential candidates, and offering scholarships to outstanding students for higher education in partnering local universities across Indonesia.
